Pure Pilates may be one of the oldest Pilates studios in the country, having been open since 2002. It’s owned by Linzi Arellano-Co, who trained under Romana Kryzanowska, who herself was a student of Joseph Pilates and his wife Clara. Arellano-Co has been teaching Pilates for more than 20 years. The studio also offers dance classes and martial arts.
