Cherry Chan began training in and teaching STOTT Pilates after a few years of practice alongside her work as a full-time anthropology professor. Her approach is rooted in bodily awareness: She helps clients understand how and why they move a certain way, and not just perform exercises. She prioritizes STOTT biomechanical principles, clear cueing, and intentional progressions, so strength is built safely and intelligently. Her goal is for students to gain both physical resilience and mental clarity, leaving each session feeling more connected to their bodies and more confident in how they move.
Cherry Chan teaches at the Kamias branch of Every.day Pilates and at Neighborhood Pilates along Congressional Ave Extension in Quezon City.
